Hello my name is JT Troy. I am 54 years old and overweight. My starting weight is at 279 and my body fat is at 35.4 %. To be in my mid-fifties and 90 to 100 pounds overweight is a very risky thing for me to continue to ignore. I have made a commitment to lose weight and get fit. This is not a decision I come to lightly and I know there are a lot of people out there that are like me, extremely overweight and knowing that every day they delay it is puttingĀ their health at risk. What is my goal, to lose at least 90 pounds of this weight. I do not plan on using any extreme methods to accomplish this goal and I do not expect it to all disappear after a month or two. My plan involves aerobics, strength training, and proper nutrition, if I’m successful I will post it , if I am not successful I will post it . I have no illusions about what lies ahead, their will be alot of work to get where I need to be.
